At the core of the Foodi Grill, it's an air fryer that utilizes heat and what Ninja calls cyclonic grilling technology that circulates air as hot as 500F around food to allow for relatively smoke-free searing and cooking from all directions.

I bought the foodi grill for myself for Christmas. I returned it a week later. I bought it mainly for the probe. First tried it on sausages, they were undercooked. Next, beef tenderloin, set probe to medium rare (130), came out well done at 130. Would not recommend this grill at all.

That's interesting Caril,
I have both Foodi Grills with the probe and find the probe to be a gamechanger. Typically when people have issues with the probe it's because of user error due to placing the probe incorrectly in the food.

Love my Foodi Grills! I have one without probe and one with it and I have to agree, the probe is a game changer! I love it and feel comfortable not overcooking my foods anymore! Love the recipes! Thanks!
