Twice Baked Potatoes In Air Fryer

Twice-Baked Potatoes Recipe

Paul SidoriakPaul Sidoriak
Twice-baked potatoes are a simple side dish that complements any meal. The potato is a blank canvas for ingredients and you can include all kinds of things to make it even more delicious. The best part is that they can be made up to a couple of days ahead of time and finished just before it's time to eat.

Notes

Twice-baked potatoes are twice as good as traditional mashed potatoes because you're also enjoying the crispy potato skins as well.
As an extra bonus, you can cook the bacon in the air fryer ahead of time to save on having to clean other pans.
