Cost: $ 1.00

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi Grill

Materials

  • Ninja Foodi Grill with temperature probe
  • 1 russet potato

Instructions

  • Place air crisp basket into the Ninja Foodi Grill
  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to 400F on bake setting
  • Using a stiff brush or a clean synthetic scrubbing pad clean the exterior of the potato of any dirt or debris
  • Use a fork to poke the potato in various spots piercing the potato skin at least a ¼ inch deep
  • Insert the temperature probe in the centermost part of the potato
  • Cook the potato until it reaches an internal temperature of 210F

Notes

Using the probe that comes with the Ninja Foodi Grill is a great way to cook the potato to a specific doneness. If your Ninja Foodi Grill doesn't have a temperature probe, any leave-in digital thermometer will work.
This method also works well with other air fryers and countertop ovens.
