- Preheat your pellet grill to 350F 
- Spray your heat-safe dish with food spray 
- Use a very sharp knife to cut 2 biscuits in half lengthwise. A sharp knife will cut evenly and prevent the dough from tearing 
- Place the cut biscuits in the baking dish 
- Top biscuits with chocolate chips 
- Cut 3 marshmallows in half 
- Place marshmallows on biscuits 
- Cover with other half of biscuit 
- Cut 3 marshmallows in half 
- Place chocolate chips on top of biscuits 
- Add marshmallow slices and additional chocolate chips 
- Place dish on pellet grill 
- Cook for 20 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown and marshmallows have melted and browned. 
- Allow the S'mores to cool for 5 minutes before eating so you don't burn your mouth
