Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • ¼ cup finely minced onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer combine all ingredients and stir well
  • Use Manicotti cheese filling to stuff any pasta or vegetables you desire
